Conoravirus COVID-19
Now a days every where there is a huge debate and scare
of this virus, no doubt it’s scary just because there is no vaccine developed yet,
but our politicians, religion, media and other international agencies are
trying to make it more scary so that they will achieve their interest i.e to destabilize
the world economy and controlling of power in single hand. I request all to
realize the social responsibility and who ever being affected of this virus or
have a doubt of it, should have to quarantine and make themselves detach from
the healthy person, there is no harm for healthy person if he continue their
work but because of unavailability of its medicine it is advisable to remain
more at home till all people should be cured. It is an airborne virus and how
it affect, symptoms, how it developed and treatment is discuss here under,
kindly follow it, because I have made this information after research work.
What Are Airborne
Diseases?
You
can catch some diseases simply by breathing. These are called airborne
diseases.
Airborne disease can spread when
people with certain infections cough, sneeze, or talk, spewing nasal and throat
secretions into the air. Some viruses or bacteria take flight and hang in the
air or land on other people or surfaces.
When you breathe in airborne
pathogenic organisms, they take up residence inside you. You can also pick up
germs when you touch a surface that harbors them, and then touch your own eyes,
nose, or mouth.
Because these diseases travel in
the air, they’re hard to control. Keep reading to learn more about this diseases
and what you can do to protect yourself from catching them.
Airborne diseases.
Many diseases are spread through
the air, including :
Coronavirus
and COVID-19
A rapidly spreading coronavirus,
SARS-CoV-2, and the disease it causes, COVID-19, continue to cause widespread concern
as of early 2020. Information on coronavirus and COVID-19 is constantly being
updated as a result.
The most common symptoms of COVID-19 include fever,
cough, fatigue, and shortness of breath. If you experience these symptoms, see
a doctor immediately.
Airborne diseases happen all
around the world and affect virtually everyone.
They spread easily in close
quarters, such as schools and nursing homes. Large outbreaks tend to occur
under crowded conditions and in places where hygiene and sanitation systems are
poor.
Incidence is lower in countries
where vaccines are widely available and affordable.
Most airborne diseases run their course within
a few weeks. Others, like whooping cough, can last for months.
Serious complications and longer recovery time
are more likely if you have a weakened immune system or if you don’t have
access to good medical care. In some cases, airborne diseases can be fatal.
Although it’s impossible to
completely avoid airborne pathogens, there are some things you can do to lower
your chances of getting sick:
- Avoid
close contact with people who have active symptoms of disease.
- Stay
home when you’re sick. Don’t let vulnerable people come in close contact
with you.
- If
you must be around others, wear a face mask to prevent spreading or
breathing in germs.
- Cover
your mouth when you cough or sneeze. Use a tissue or your elbow to cut
down on the possibility of transmitting germs on your hands.
- Wash
your hands thoroughly (at least 20 seconds) and often, especially after
sneezing or coughing.
- Avoid
touching your face or other people with unwashed hands.
Vaccines can reduce your chances
of getting some airborne diseases. Vaccines also lower the risk for others in
the community.
How it
is Originated.
From its origins in a food market
in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 to countries as far-flung as the United
States and the Philippines, the virus (officially named SARS-CoV-2) has
affected hundreds of thousands, with a rising death toll.
The disease caused by an
infection with SARS-CoV-2 is called COVID-19, which stands for coronavirus
disease 2019.
In spite of the global panic in
the news about this virus, you’re unlikely to contract SARS-CoV-2 unless you’ve
been in contact with someone who has a SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Let’s bust some myths. Read on to
learn how this 2019 coronavirus is spread, how it’s similar and different from
other coronaviruses, and how to prevent spreading it to others if you suspect
you’ve contracted this virus.
Doctors are learning new things
about this virus every day. So far, we know that COVID-19 may not initially
cause any symptoms for some people.
You may carry the virus for 2 days or up to 2 weeksTrusted Source before you notice
symptoms.
Some common symptoms that
have been specifically linked to COVID-19 include:
- shortness
of breath
- having
a cough that
gets more severe over time
- a
low-grade fever that
gradually increases in temperature
These symptoms may become more
severe in some people. Call emergency medical services if you or someone you
care for have any of the following symptoms:
- trouble
breathing
- blue
lips or face
- persistent
pain or pressure in the chest
- confusion
- excessive
drowsiness
What causes coronaviruses?
Coronaviruses are zoonotic. This means they first
develop in animals before developing in humans.
For the virus to pass
from animal to humans, a person has to come into close contact with an animal
that carries the infection.
Once the virus
develops in people, coronaviruses can be spread from person to person through
respiratory droplets. This is a technical name for the wet stuff that moves
through the air when you cough or sneeze.
The viral material
hangs out in these droplets and can be breathed into the respiratory tract
(your windpipe and lungs), where the virus can then lead to an infection.
The 2019 coronavirus
hasn’t been definitively linked to a specific animal.
Researchers believe
that the virus may have been passed from bats to another animal — either snakes or pangolins —
and then transmitted to humans. This transmission likely occurred in the open
food market in Wuhan, China.
Who’s at increased risk?
You’re at high risk for
contracting SARS-CoV-2 if you come into contact with someone who’s carrying it,
especially if you’ve been exposed to their saliva or been near them when
they’ve coughed or sneezed.
Without taking proper prevention
measures, you’re also at high risk if you:
- live
with someone who has contracted the virus
- are
providing home care for someone who has contracted the virus
- have
an intimate partner who has contracted the virus
Older people and people with
certain health conditions have a higher risk for severe complications if they
contract the virus. These health conditions include:
- lung
conditions, such as COPD and asthma
- certain
heart conditions
- immune
system conditions, such as HIV
- cancer
that requires treatment
- severe
obesity
- other health conditions, if not well-controlled, such as diabetes, kidney disease, or liver disease
Pregnant women have a higher risk of complicationsTrusted Source from other
viral infections, but it’s not yet known if this is the case for the 2019
coronavirus.
What treatments are available?
There’s currently no treatment
specifically approved for COVID-19, and no cure for an infection, although
treatments and vaccines are currently under study. Instead, treatment focuses
on managing symptoms as the virus runs its course.
Seek immediate medical help if
you think you have COVID-19. Your doctor will recommend treatment for any
symptoms or complications that develop.
Other coronaviruses like SARS and MERS are
also treated by managing symptoms. In some cases, experimental treatments are
tested to see how effective they are. Examples of therapies used for these
illnesses include:
- antiviral
or retroviral medications
- breathing
support, such as mechanical ventilation
- steroids
to reduce lung swelling
- blood
plasma transfusions
The most serious complication of
a SARS-CoV-2 infection is a type of pneumonia that’s been called 2019 novel
coronavirus-infected pneumonia (NCIP).
Results from a 2020 studyTrusted
Source of 138 people admitted into hospitals in Wuhan, China,
with NCIP found that 26 percent of those admitted had severe cases and needed
to be treated in the intensive care unit (ICU).
About 4.3 percent of these people
who were admitted to the ICU died from this type of pneumonia. It should be
noted that people who were admitted to the ICU were on average older and had more
underlying health conditions than people who didn’t go to the ICU.
So far, NCIP is the only
complication specifically linked to the 2019 coronavirus. Researchers have seen
the following complications in people who have developed COVID-19:
- acute
respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)
- irregular
heart rate (arrhythmia)
- cardiovascular shock
- severe
muscle pain (myalgia)
- fatigue
- heart
damage or heart
attack
The best way to prevent the
spread of infection is to avoid or limit contact with people who are showing
symptoms of COVID-19 or any respiratory infection.
The next best thing you can do is
practice good hygiene and social distancing to prevent bacteria and viruses
from spreading.
Prevention tips
- Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds at a time
with warm water and soap. How long is 20 seconds? About as long as it
takes to sing your “ABCs.”
- Don’t touch your face, eyes, nose, or mouth when your hands
are dirty.
- Don’t go out if you’re feeling sick or have any cold or flu
symptoms.
- Stay at least 3 feetTrusted Source (1 meter)
away from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
- Cover your mouth with the inside of your elbow whenever you
sneeze or cough. Throw away any tissues you use right away.
- Clean
any objects you touch a lot. Use disinfectants on objects like phones,
computers, utensils, dishware, and doorknobs.
What’s
the outlook?
First and foremost,
don’t panic. You don’t need to wear a mask or be quarantined unless you suspect
you have contracted the virus or have a confirmed test result.
Following simple
handwashing and social distancing guidelines may help protect you from being
exposed to the virus.
The 2019 coronavirus
probably seems scary when you read the news about new deaths, quarantines, and
travel bans.
Stay calm and follow
your doctor’s instructions if you’re diagnosed with COVID-19 so you can recover
and help prevent it from spreading.
The best thing is to boost your
immune system by eating good vitamins food and focus on calcium, older and
small children should be stayed at home. The people who don’t drink alcohol, don’t’
eat pizza’s , fast foods, cold drinks, cigarettes, insects or lethal animals have low chances of
it’s infections, and the most important to come in contact with the source, the “God”
who created the whole Universe and managing its all systems.
God bless whole humanity.

Five Rules of Happiness
It’s almost
seems silly to define happiness. You know when you’re happy, and certainly no one
has to tell you when you’re sad. But what is it that makes a person happy. You
might think of all kind of experiences. Music makes me happy or ice cream makes
me happy or he or she makes me happy or house work makes me unhappy or Aunt
Tina makes me sad etc.
It is
important to realize, however, that what makes you happy might make another
person unhappy. One person you present with a cute little puppy is delighted,
another can’t stand dogs and now has to get rid of the poor animal. The
philosophy is about enjoying things you like and avoiding or changing the
things you don’t like, and accepting what you cannot avoid or change by the skillful
use of your view point. The use of this philosophy as embedded in five rules
will allow you to test many problem areas in your life and find solutions.
Rule No 1. “ If you like a thing, enjoy it "
At first you
say it’s ridiculous, of course I like some thing I going to enjoy it. But when
to stop to think about that statement you probably agree that in life many
thing we like but not enjoying it. The reason we don’t enjoy things because of
two reason (i) guilt and (ii) fear. You will not enjoy the thing you like if
you have guilt after having that done or if you are fearful of the consequences
of doing it
.
Rule No 2. “ If you don’t like a
thing, avoid it "
The rule
looks simple enough but reflect for a moment on how many people are involved
with things they do not like for e.g Job, a person, a vehicle, a type of food
etc and for some reason they don’t avoid those things like I do the job because
I need money or I have to involved with this person because of several reasons
etc. How many justification can you think of for not avoiding the things you do
not like to do.
Rule No 3. “If you don’t like a thing
and you cannot avoid it, change it "
Here again,
the answer is simple, change it. But just avoidance we rationalize that we need
something about it – money, time and security etc and some thing is holding you
to that particular thing, you don’t like it or avoid it or cannot change it but
still involved with it.
Rule No 4. “ If you don’t like a
thing, cannot avoid it or cannot change it, accept it "
How do you
accept a situation that you are not happy with it or how can you accept a
person you’re not happy with it, well if you don’t like it, cannot avoid it,
won’t change it and will not accept it, then you won’t be Happy. The key lies
in the Rule No.5, the secret of happiness.
Rule No 5. “ You accept a thing by
changing your viewpoint of it "
You are your
viewpoint. Everything is relative to a person experiencing of it. Nothing is
good or bad, except as it relative to you. Life is simply is, you can change
those things you wish by changing your viewpoint about them. Simply switching
your viewpoint to love. This can be explained by example
George decided to drive to
a nearby restaurant. He walked out to the parking lot and saw that his car has
a fresh dent in the right front fender. Somebody had backed into his automobile
and dented the fender. He didn’t like it, he couldn’t avoid it as it was there
and he couldn’t change it. That left him the choice of being either happy or
unhappy about the experience. George chose happy. He chose to change his view
point. When he looked at the fender he no longer saw a dent that would cost him
lots of money and time to be repaired but instead saw it as a stimulus to
achieve something positive.
Trying to imagine a positive outcome of the dent,
he determined to earn triple the amount that it cost to repair the fender. His
earning was $ 500 and the dent cost $ 250, so he decided to earn $ 750 so that
he can pay$ 250 for the dent, so he
did it and earned $ 750, keeping him in happy phase and turning their view
point to earn more rather then criticizing it. He stayed happy even though he
had an experience that could cause most people a great deal of anguish. It’s a
simple solution to a happy life, changing of positive view point.

Why we fail in our life & career
You have seen many
people around us who has been very successful and some who are as average or below, the main reason is about perception
of life. We see the life from different angles, some see the problems as
opportunities and some think it as a huge trouble, its all about how we look
the life from our prospective.
Actually success comes from positive mindset of mind which
proceed the way to take actions, most of us do not have confidence in ourselves
and had a negative beliefs, also people
around us who do not allow us to grow. The best way is to be in positive
mindset and get along with career & business oriented people.
There are some points to consider.
1- When you are doing some
work and if you find happiness without being bother of money and you do not
even bother about the time in doing that work , that’s your passion, excel in
that the money will come automatically.
2-
If you doing some work
and feel discomfort or do not like it but you do it because for money, that’s your
weak area or not likeness of work.
What to do then
Make the point No.1 your dream
work and excel on it, the money follows you.
In point No.2 do the work
against your likeness for example if you hate garbage then work to clean the
garbage, if you hate child abuse then work for child protection etc etc. Life
is precious and gift of God, create to help humanity and peace.

Value of Time
Every young or old man or woman, rich or poor has in every
circle of the day 1,440 minutes, nor more nor less but its up to the person how
they utilizes that day which identifies him/her the success rate. The time is
the quantum of wealth and of resources that every human being is empowered.
With some effort and of habit we can develop a state of
being in success zone. Only a few minute a day to self assessment which will
create the positive results for the next 24
hours. With the clear vision and objectives of goal we can take the
planned actions and move on with success and confidence.
We have seen so many business person who just spend their
whole life in one position of business while others build the large empires and
franchises. The main reason is the utilization of time in right direction.
One of the life changing formula of success is two quotes,
just focus on it, that will change the life. 1. Poverty is a Sin 2. It
is the duty & responsibility of us
to serve mankind in this world. When you focus on it truly we become aware of our
responsibility and our mind works on building money rather than wrong beliefs
about money. Then we take actions rather than criticizing.
So, the lesson of life is to respect the time rather than
spending it wastefully. When we becomes rich we will not only care the humanity
but also give the donations & charity. Make this world a very happy place
and create peace & harmony in the society.
Live Life, Live Lovely.

How to Spent better Life
Life is the combination of different ups and down, bad luck
and good luck etc etc but to spent life better one has to follow some rules of
life. To spent better life one should has to follow three S principle which when
we apply in life will be great successful. These three S are State, Song and Strategies. If you adopt these rules you feel life so easy and comfortable, so I
will discuss it one by one.
STATE
This does not mean a territory or a country, it means the
posture of our walking, talking ,sitting and standing etc . When we walk and talk
with confidence and with full energy we just not only energies our self but
also we give positive energy in our surroundings. Just same will be with
sitting, when we sit straight we become active mood but if we sit with head
down we feel laziness. It is wisely said that a healthy body has a healthy
mind. Our physical action will project our mental mood.
SONG
Here I do not mean some kind of music etc, it means what the
dialogue going or what the thinking going on in our head, if we all the time
thinking or talk to our self the complains, sad stories or guilt etc so we
become like that and we never be live happy. So what ever the circumstances always
play a positive thoughts and talk to our mind which will dilute the negativity
and create the positive environment around us.
STRATEGY
One of the best method to spent life is that there should be
some goals in life, where to go, what is the aim in the life. The life without
goal is dead life, if you don’t know the place to go while travelling then you
reach the place with no choice. So planning and making goal is very important
in life to achieve success and spent a better happy life.
Live life, live lovely.
