Wealth is the precious gift of God but many people do not understand its importance, by money you can buy anything you need but not to become greedy, just have the burning desire of having it, but most people want to become rich but they do not have that burning desire of achieving it, they just want it but if you want them to take actions they failed or many take actions but in wrong directions that’s why they failed.

One thing you much need to remember that there are Four step  that you can implement and after that you will see a great changes in Life.

Step - 1

Unconscious                                        You don’t know

Incompetence                                     You don’t know what you don’t know         ( Blind Spot ). 

The first step tells you that you want to become rich but how much and how, both you don't know.

Step - 2

Conscious                                           You know

Incompetence                                      You know but don’t know how to do it

Now you know that you want to become rich and how much amount you want to earn but you don't know how to earn it, that's the 2 step.

Competence                                         You know and now you start learning it consciously

In this step you know now that you want to become wealthier & rich and now know the skill or methods, its now time to improve and enhance your skill to higher level but before that you should make all the research work and knowledge so you don't waste your time and energy.  In this step you become so expert now by learning and practicing that now you do it                               unconsciously just like you drive car, typing work, swimming etc.                                                               

When you come from stage 1 to stage 4 where you become master after practicing skill a lot, you become unmatchable personality of wealth creator.

Another method of getting maximum, by follow the step of Mr. Proctor Gambol who is the most renowned author of many books and motivational speaker who at one time is a floor cleaner and now become billionaire.

 We get money by following 3 steps mentioned below:

1-      Time /  Money   : These are those thing which most of us Middle and Lower Middle class are doing that is they think the amount of time we work we will get paid of it and they trapped in this circle and spend entire life without having a lot.

2-      Money / Money  : These are those people who are Upper Middle Class and they get it by doing their work as well by investing some amount of Money in some projects, saving schemes or in businesses.

3-      Multiple Source Income /  Money  : These are those people who are Rich and Upper class, they do not worried if they can’t work because they have created so much multiple sources of income that you can’t imagine.

Warren Buffett once said “ If your earning just depend on job then you are one                                                                                      step away from poverty" .

Such a great words he has explained, most of us spend their entire life in one job or in one work without realizing that the inflation will never stop for you and you all the time blame to Government, people and relatives rather spend time to improve yourself.
