The Present Moment



Every moment we live is the gift of God, a blessing and the universe give us a chance to spend each and every moment to its full capacity. Actually there are three state of mind, past, present and future. We live all in this phase but that we personally has to decide as to in which state we are thinking. Some times when we are sitting and just suddenly we become sad or happy that is the effect of our thought that on what type of things we are just thinking, the result appears in the form of our feelings i.e. either we sad or happy.

Gotham Buddha also searching this question that are we in the present state or not and when he got enlighten he found the answer of living in present moment and I will tell you that how he got it and how can you too also get enlighten.

I myself also being so much confused in it and when I apply it to my self I got the answer, all of the suffering and pain which we get are from our past experiences and when we think about it and all the time  thinking on it we will get more and more pain and suffering, let me explain with the help of example, suppose  we wake up in the morning and instead of thanking God and praise the beauty of nature we just thinking about some one did that or some one wrong or bad etc so the mind works on it and connect it to the past instead of present moment and we totally cut off from present and our past mind activate and all sufferings and pain generated as we so much confused that why bad things happened to me, is because of our wrong and negative thinking pattern which disconnect us from present and we suffer.

I know its very difficult to remain in present moment because our mind is very clever, he dogged us and deviate us from present. The best way is as you feel bad or unpleasant concentrate on breathing in and out, totally focused on it and say to your self I am in present state, then you suddenly realize the dropping of intensity of suffering.

If you want to spend your life pleasantly so live in present moment, the past memories only be for your future decision and planning future, don’t mix it with present because if you always think of past and afraid of future you just ruin you beautiful present i.e for love, beauty and humbleness.
