Secret of Happiness
One of my very good client asked me that how we can get the
happiness and stay calm, the answer is that we have to train ourselves and make
our mindset to think and act in some different ways.
This can be explain in this example, suppose you have some negative past memories
and had some future plans, if I say to just think that you born today, now you
have no past and future memories, how you now behave, obviously you become so
light and free from all worries and tensions. You feel like to enjoy the
moments and nothing to be worried.
In life we hang ourselves with so much worries and stress
that ruin not only our life but also our present moments. In this case our
present moment is control by past
experiences or by future uncertainty. The only best way to tackle this
situation is to clear out all your past negative experiences and focus on your
breath, by doing this you will be aware and be in present moments. You have to
do meditation and light exercise every day which will help out in decreasing
the toxics in your body. Sit in some quite and comfort place, just be relaxed
and breath slowly and concentrate on your breath, do daily for at least 10 to
15 minutes at any time which will make your habit of remaining in present
moments.
The golden principle of life is to be in present moment and
whatever happened in the past its all gone, you will never return it back, the
only thing you can do is to be in present moment and enjoy life because the present
moment decides the future outcomes.
